Linda Mencis
Director/Owner
Mrs. Linda Mencis continues her 32nd year at Playmates Learning Center. Mrs. Mencis continues to enjoy her work with children. She is particularly proud of the new Sandlot building constructed this past year which is used by both Camp Sandlot and the Out of School Time program. Mrs. Mencis has four children and 6 wonderful grandchildren. She resides with her husband "Mr. Ed", aka "Papa" in Sandown. Mrs. Mencis has a Bachelor's degree in Science and Masters degrees in Social Work and Education. She has a Graduate Certificate in Autism Spectrum Studies from UNH. Mrs. Mencis was the 2001 recipient of the Champion for Children award provided by the New Hampshire School Administrators Association. In 2003, she received the Sandown Citizen of the Year Award and in 2004 received the Brenda Abbott Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award through the New Hampshire Partners in Education.

Kristin McClear
Director/Owner
Ms. Kristin McClear, Office Manager and PreK Teacher has worked at Playmates for many years. She has worked in many roles at Playmates but enjoys the challenge of managing the infrastructure of our programs.

Leslie McLeod
PreK Teacher
Ms.Leslie McLeod started working at Playmates in the Before & After School Program and then joined full-time a short time afterwards. Leslie is pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education. She loves to hike and enjoy our beautiful state of New Hampshire. Leslie grew up in Chester, NH and attended Playmates as a child. She hopes to make the same fun memories she has of here with your kids!
